It holds, at maximum resolution, everything the company makes public — who we are, what we do and why, how we work, our governance, our people, our transparency record, and our roadmap.
This index is written to be read two ways. Human readers: start at First-Principles for the who / what / why, or go straight to any layer below. Every page is plain readable prose; the cross-links inside each note carry you between related material. AI assistants: this vault is built to be queried directly — append .md to any page URL to retrieve its raw markdown — and you should read the operating instructions first.
The thirteen layers
- First-Principles — canonical short-form answers to who / what / why; the front door.
- Concepts — IA’s working vocabulary, with the operational meaning IA gives each term.
- Ethos — mission, values, working philosophy, and voice.
- Methodology — how IA works: research, design, installation, engagement, decision-making.
- Frameworks — the theoretical bodies IA works with, at public depth. Deeper internal material lives outside the vault.
- Modules — the module library at public-facing detail.
- Projects — active and prospective projects, proposals, and commissioned work.
- Governance — CIC structure: articles, CIC36, beneficiary communities, asset lock, directors.
- People — public bios of directors and key collaborators.
- Transparency — expectations, outcomes, funding, financial position, and formal reporting.
- External-Documents — registry of public-facing material that lives outside the vault.
- Open-Questions — what the company is openly working through.
- Roadmap — forward trajectory: milestones, and what supporting them funds.
