This layer holds the registry of external documents that constitute part of Interwoven Arts CIC’s public-facing material but live outside this vault — statutory filings at Companies House, live policy documents in Google Docs, planning documents in council systems, funder reports in funder portals.
Each note carries the document name, the current URL, a short summary of what the document covers, and the vault notes that reference it. By default the registry carries the reference, not the copy.
Where a document is moved, the note is updated. Where a document is retired, the note is removed. Where a document is superseded, the link points to the current version and the note records that a supersession has occurred.
