Each note carries one piece of project material: what it is, where it is taking place or being proposed for, who it is for, what stage it is at, and the partnerships, commissioners, and funding behind it.
Where a project is sensitive — early-stage negotiations, sites that have asked for discretion, beneficiaries who have not consented to public naming — the note carries only what is cleared for publication.
