Where a method is still being refined, the note says so and links to the open question that captures the unresolved part.
Current state
At present this layer holds our safeguarding method. The technical method behind our installations — the shared platform our modules are built on, and how we test before we build — is described in the Modules layer (our module library). Further methods will be added here as they are settled.
