Interwoven Arts CIC was incorporated on 10 April 2026 (Company No. 17148027) as a community interest company. We are pre-trading: we have not yet delivered a public installation, received grant funding, or earned income. So there are, honestly, no outcomes or financial results to report here yet — and we would rather say that plainly than dress an empty page as a record.
What will appear here
As the company begins to work, this layer will carry what a community interest company should be open about: funding we receive and what it was for; our financial position, summarised from our filed accounts; the outcomes our work actually produced, recorded alongside the outcomes we expected so the two can be compared honestly rather than blurred; and our formal reporting.
Our first formal reports
As a company incorporated in April 2026, our first annual accounts and our first CIC34 report — the statement every community interest company files on how it has benefited the community — are due at Companies House by January 2028, covering the period from incorporation. Those filings will be the first hard entries in this record. Until then, what we publish across this vault is what we are setting out to do, labelled as intention, not achievement.
