Interwoven Arts CIC’s registered office is in Wolverley, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY10 2YY (Companies House record).

Installation venues, declared in CIC36 Section B and Article 5(a)/5(d) of the Articles of Association: heritage gardens, arboretums, parks, festival environments, churches, cathedrals, ruins, and other indoor and outdoor historic or community spaces.

The rationale for the venue scope:

“Our installations are designed for environments that already have elements that are regulatory to nervous systems — places where the setting itself is part of the therapeutic effect.

Natural and cultivated environments — heritage gardens, arboretums, parks, outdoor quiet spaces. These are places where the natural world already does some of the work of calming and grounding visitors. Our installations weave into that existing quality rather than overriding it.

Sacred, historic, and cultural places that have a tranquil atmosphere — churches, cathedrals, art galleries. By presenting neutral installations within spaces associated with specific faiths or traditions, we open these buildings to people who would not normally enter them. Visitors can experience and appreciate the architecture, history, and atmosphere without any connection to the religion or tradition they represent — an opportunity that may not otherwise exist for these communities.

The venue is not just a location. It is the first layer of the design.”

The venue choice also serves a third group beyond the two beneficiary communities declared in CIC36 Section A: people who would not normally enter faith-coded or historically restricted buildings, for whom the neutral installation creates an entry point that would not otherwise exist.

Outreach delivery, where attending a public installation is not practical: SEN schools, children’s and adults’ respite services, and care homes.
